George Lundeen has been recognized by the North American Sculpture Exhibition, the Allied Artists of America, and the National Sculpture Society as one of the outstanding sculptors in America today. He is also a fellow of the NSS. In 1993 alone he has received four monumental commissions, one of these for the new Denver International Airport. His work can be found in institutional and corporate collections in St. Paul, Dallas, Beijing, Wichita, and Stamford, Connecticut--to name a few; private collectors of his work can be found worldwide.
